Most lawyers charge by the hour.  Because researching and drafting legal documents takes time, these high hourly charges can add up quickly, sometimes making legal respresentation too costly for many to afford. 

I believe that everyone should have access to our courts, and no one should go without quality legal representation because of financial reasons. To make legal representation obtainable for more people, I charge flat fees for almost everything I do, and gladly offer payment plan options if necessary.
Initial consultations are always free.  Almost all other services are based on a flat fee price schedule.  You will never pay for the hours of research and writing required for complaints, motions, or other services - payment is for the final product, regardless of how long it takes to prepare.  Equally important, you will know exactly how much your case will cost you at the onset of representation.  This allows clients to budget and save up the money necessary to address their issues, with no surprise fees or costs tacked on along the way.
